Things we are genuinely useful for: telling you which of two products actually suits what you are describing, finding out where an order is or what to do if it has not arrived, sorting out anything that turns up faulty or stops working the way it should, and answering whether something is compatible with a particular lubricant, harness or app.

One thing worth knowing. We will never ask you for your full card number, your password, or a copy of your ID. Nobody from Wetritual will ever request those, by email or any other way. If a message claims to be from us and asks for them, it is not from us.

Every conversation here is confidential. We do not share what you ask about with anyone, and nothing you write to us shows up anywhere else.
