Every Wetritual order is packed and shipped with complete discretion. Here is exactly what to expect:

Discreet Packaging
Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box or padded envelope. There are no product names, brand logos, or any adult-related content visible anywhere on the outside. The return address label shows a generic business name only, nothing that identifies what is inside.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $75: $9.95 flat rate
Orders of $75 or more: FREE shipping

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery estimates begin after order processing.

Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your package at any time through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Delays
During peak periods, processing times may extend by 1 to 2 business days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly by email.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at connect@wetritual.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
