Two stainless steel rings come in the box, one about an inch and a half across and one about two inches. Use either on its own, or snap them together when you want more. The strap buckles and adjusts, so the ring stays where you put it instead of sliding.
Expect drooling, that is what a ring gag does. Agree a hand signal before you start, never leave anyone gagged alone, and take it out if the jaw starts to ache. Wash the rings with warm water and mild soap. Ships fast in plain, discreet packaging.
